Signing Ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Netherlands’ Court of Audit and the Court of Accounts of the Kingdom of Morocco
On the 16th of November 2016, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Mr. Driss Jettou, First President of the Court of Accounts of the Kingdom of Morocco, and Mr. Kees Vendrik, Vice-president of Netherlands Court of Audit. The purpose of this MoU is to establish the framework of a multiannual strategic cooperation project between both institutions through funding from the Netherlands’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs within the broader Sharaka Programme.

The Moroccan Center of Exports Promotion (MCEP) is a public corporation created under the Dahir establishing Law n°1-76-385 of 17 D ecember 1976, under the authority of the Ministry of Foreign Trade.
The major mission of MCEP is the promotion of exports of all industrial, artisanal,agricultural and agro-industrial products or different products which are, under the terms of a legislative or regulatory measure, beyond the scope of competence ofother administrations or organizations.

Performance Audit of The Moroccan Investment Development Agency (AMDI)
The audit mission of the management of the Moroccan Investment Development Agency (AMDI) mainly related to the core activity of the Agency, namely the promotion of “Offre Maroc” (investment opportunities in Morocco), communication as well as commercial canvassing. In accordance with the legal framework of the Agency, this diagnosis also related to the relation of the Agency with the various components of the institutional environment governing investment. Similarly, the contribution of governance and support function to the performance of the main mission was examined.
